Andreas Wion

Originally from Colorado Springs, CO- I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Boulder where I studied Anthropology and Ecology. I've worked as a botanist for the Fishlake National Forest in Utah, as well as an archaeologist in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming. I returned to CO in 2017 to study forest ecology under Dr. Miranda Redmond. My current research examines the relationship between environmental stress gradients and seed cone production in two needle pinyon (Pinus edulis) across western CO and New Mexico.
