Anthony Vorster

As I grew up in California exploring the Sierras, I developed an ecological curiosity and a desire to conserve. I then studied biology at UCLA where I studied urban carnivore populations. After UCLA, I taught third grade in Colorado Springs. I am still unsure what my research will focus on, but I am interested in landscape ecology and invasive species. My mentors are Sunil Kumar and Tom Stohlgren. In my free time you can find me playing basketball or climbing.
