About the Front Range Student Ecology Symposium

The Front Range Student Ecology Symposium is an annual event sponsored by students for students. It has been growing steadily over the years, providing networking and learning opportunities for researchers and the community at large.

The Front Range Student Ecology Symposium offers students in environmental science, conservation biology, ecology, and related fields an opportunity to present their work, share ideas and meet other participants heralding from across the front range. The symposium is structured as a traditional scientific meeting, but one where the atmosphere is supportive, the faces familiar and the mood friendly. In addition to poster and oral presentations by students, we invite distinguished scientists from the Front Range and around the country to participate and share their perspectives.

The main events are oral presentations and poster presentations by students, a panel discussion, and speakers. There will also be mixers and times to simply socialize. The symposium will be capped by an evening of refreshments, entertainment and awards.

Please visit the Symposium Website to familiarize yourself with the organization and arrangement of the symposium.
